Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings
Unlimited meetings and coordination time
Attendance at two vendor meetings
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favours, etc.
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Providing a stocked emergency kit
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Up to eight hours on-site with your coordination team allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details

I would like to thank you for making our wedding day and our stay at the villa unforgettable. We have been on a low ever since we returned home and we are just dreaming of the next time we can return! I knew your service was good, but I can really appreciate how amazing it was after having to plan our wedding party ourselves at home; it was a very small event but it was much more stressful than planning our wedding in Ibiza! I loved how relaxed the actual wedding day was, I was able go out for breakfast with the girls, have my hair and make-up done and enjoy the day without having to stress about anything.
I also want to say a special thank you to Vittoria for stitching me back into my dress after the malfunction I had; I was about to lose my mind and take the dress off before you came to the rescue!
