Understanding that many brides and grooms that choose Ibiza as their wedding destination wish to plan their own wedding, Cris has decided to turn her business inside-out by offering the Ibiza wedding community her “Little Black Book” of favourite Ibiza wedding suppliers for FREE. Like this, each couple can research and contact directly all their preferred suppliers, book them for their day and if required, Cris will top your Ibiza wedding plans by managing the event for you.
Day of wedding coordination
Day of Facilitation is a perfect option if you plan to your own wedding planning, but need a professional coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event.
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:
Pre-Wedding
• One phone pre-wedding consultations / get to know each other
• Cris’ online list of preferred suppliers on the island which includes a guideline for constructing the perfect Ibiza wedding timeline (Cris will be on-hand to revise this for you in your early stages if needed)
• Self-introduction to client-hired suppliers as the point of contact on the day as well as event timeline reminder to be sent 2-3 days prior to the wedding day
Wedding Day
• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the wedding venue
• Setup of wedding accessories such as guest-book, place cards, wedding favours, etc.
• Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
• Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
• Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
• Up to ten hours on-site with your coordination team allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details

Price at other venues begins at 1,800€ + VAT
After your initial consultation, and based on your individual needs, we will send you a bespoke quotation.
