Meet Cris!
Cristina has over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. She has worked extensively in both Event Management and Wedding Planning, having worked in top catering and events company’s all over the world including London, Berlin, Ibiza and China. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in International Hospitality Management, she decided to move back to the island, from where she is native, to pursue her dreams which was to build her own Ibiza Wedding Planning company.
She believes in the magic of the moment and after years of experience, she’s always stretching herself to learn and grow and become even better at what she does. She has built a reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to think outside the box. Innovation and audacity have been the keys to her success and her ability to set trends rather than follow them makes her one of the most sought-after Ibiza wedding planners.
Outside of planning, you can find Cristina explaining to people how to pronounce her last name (Rey-de-Viñas-Harras), enjoying the company of her friends while having a glass of red wine and a “pintxo” to eat at her favourite café in town, or burning some energy at her Kick Boxing classes!

Meet Vitto
Born and brought up in Ibiza, Vittoria brings that essential local knowledge and help on the ground is invaluable, her network contacts, hidden- gem venues, expertise and years of experience will ensure no detail is missed, allowing the planning process to be enjoyable and stress free for her clients.
Vittoria has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, and over the past six years she was organising different sized groups attending the island of Ibiza. The opportunity to coordinate weddings was enthusiastically welcomed, providing the perfect setting to blend her professionalism, attention to detail and customer service skills.
For Vittoria, the best part of event planning is getting to know her clients and understanding how to make their big day unique. She loves the attention to detail and creativity it takes to pull off an event. Coordinating weddings for Cris Crown is the icing on the cake for her and a true fit to her personality. Clients love her calming yet take-charge demeanour and zeal for life.
When she is not planning events, Vittoria loves to travel just about anywhere and is usually planning her next trip! She also enjoys gardening, spending quality time with family, friends and furry-friends or working out at the local gym, as staying active is a must for her!

Meet Zoë
Ibiza born, Zoë is a true hospitality professional by vocation. Inspired by Denise, her admirable and hardworking trilingual down-syndrome sister, she found rewarding joy while helping and assisting others from an early age.
After graduating in nursing she chose to turn her professional career towards the hospitality industry. Zoë purposefully chose differing environments and businesses in hospitality to work in. From wonderful gastro-pubs and cocktail bars to grand fine dining events and lightning fast-paced Ibiza bistros (with constant turnovers). This allowed her to ensure her skills can be easily adapted in any situation and to know and understand to operate fully the extraordinary dynamics asks in each area.
Spotting her for her energy, desire and unparalleled customer service Cris brought her best-friend into the business as one of her core-team members to manage and oversee her events from start to finish. At the front line of all our events, Zoë brings smiles and rave reviews from all our clients. Expect her to joke and make you laugh out loud when she is around!
In her free time, Zoë will be caring for her family and especially her new-born baby Neo, dressing her Chihuahua dog in the next trending jumper or walking down to the rocks in Cala Vadella to feed the crabs. Zoë is full of energy and drive, from sunrise to sunset, and in the evenings she will not let the group-energy levels drop and so she will encourage a good game of old-school cards or backgammon. And she carries this with her everywhere as in her pocket she will always carry a set of UNO cards!
